Delivery & Returns

UK shipping

We provide a premium delivery service for all made-to-order pieces. Whilst we use high-quality protective packaging, from the Avenue cannot be held liable for any loss or damage once the order is handed over to the courier or a person collecting on your behalf.

Prices quoted on the website do not include shipping. Our team will contact you once you have placed your order to formalise a shipping quote.

Dispatch timeline: orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days once the manufacturing process is complete and the outstanding balance has been paid.

International shipping

We deliver outside the UK via trusted global partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions, weight and final destination of the product.

For international deliveries there will be additional import duties, customs charges and taxes. from the Avenue is not liable for delays caused by customs or for any inaccuracies in the contact details you provide.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

UK Mainland returns

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date the item is shipped. This applies only to orders delivered to a UK Mainland address.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

The following items are strictly non-refundable unless an inherent manufacturing fault is identified:

  • Bespoke, commissioned or made-to-order items.
  • Items customised or tailored to specific requests.
  • International shipments (unless there is a fundamental fault not caused by transit).

We do not offer exchanges.

Defective items

If a product is faulty, please email enquiries@fromtheavenue.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

Resolution: if we determine the item is defective, we will arrange for collection and either repair, replace or refund the item. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.

Exclusions: natural variations in colour or texture (such as grain in wood, veining in marble or marks in leather) are considered part of the material's character and are not classified as defects. Damage from general wear and tear or improper maintenance is also excluded.

Incorrect deliveries

If the wrong item is delivered, do not remove it from its original packaging. Please contact us immediately so we can rectify the error and organise a replacement.
